My images intend to speak to beauty as its own reward, much in the same manner as a painting or other fine visual art form; a timeless moment rather than a moment in time. I construct my images with special attention paid to shapes and value and how they interact with other eye catching textural elements in the composition. Tailored for one viewer at a time, the image is composed to include the viewer as an active participant.
Each exhibition quality piece is hand printed on heavyweight fiber paper in a very limited edition of 10, regardless of size. No image is printed larger than 20x24 inches, enabling the viewer to stand at arm's length and simultaneously take in the entire image while scrutinizing the finely focused areas. The fiber print is drymounted on archival cotton rag museum board with overmat (if you wish), numbered and signed on the mount and stamped on verso.
